At Wrue, we want you to feel confident with every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help and will always work with you toward a fair solution. Please review our guidelines below.
Order Issues
If there is any issue with your order including delivery delays, damaged items, defective products, missing items, or receiving the wrong item — please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

We reply within 24-48 hours.
Depending on the situation, we will provide one of the following at no cost to you:

Replacement item

Reshipment of missing items

Full or partial refund
Returns for Change of Mind or Incorrect Size
If you change your mind or the item doesn’t fit as expected, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
A refund will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued within 2 business days after cancellation approval or return inspection

PayPal refunds are typically immediate

Credit/debit card refunds may take 3–15 business days depending on the bank
Important Notes

Items returned without first contacting customer service cannot be processed

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, and accessories such as earrings may not be eligible for return once opened or worn

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, odors, stains, or alterations
