At Wrue, we work with primarily U.S. based fulfillment partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery across the United States.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery Time
Orders within the United States typically arrive in 4–8 business days.

Shipping times may vary due to warehouse location, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen issues.

Tracking Information
You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure the fastest arrival. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to reroute packages after they are shipped.

Lost / Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please contact your carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us — we’ll do our best to assist.
